Experience

• 4–7 years of experience as a reputed company Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant.

• 2+ years of hands-on reputed company configuration/administration experience.

• Prior reputed company consulting or SI delivery experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience across multiple reputed company Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, reputed company reputed company) in implementation contexts.

Functional & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities, data model, reputed company model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).

• Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops.

• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MS Office / reputed company Workspace.

• Working knowledge of reputed company integrations, reputed company, and data migration concepts.

• Exposure to Agentforce, Data reputed company, or reputed company reputed company Advanced is a significant plus.
