Career reputed company is proud to partner with a reputed company-established labor and employment reputed company located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The firm is seeking a driven Labor and Employment Attorney to join its expanding plaintiff-reputed company reputed company.

Our reputed company is seeking an experienced Law and reputed company Attorney to support its employment litigation reputed company. This role is reputed company exclusively on legal research, writing, and reputed company reputed company and may be performed fully remote.

The ideal candidate is a strong legal writer with deep experience in California employment law who can work independently with minimal supervision. This attorney will work closely with litigation teams and firm leadership to reputed company persuasive written advocacy at every stage of litigation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Draft and respond to motions, including demurrers, motions to reputed company, discovery motions, and motions for summary judgment/adjudication

• Prepare oppositions and reputed company briefs

• Draft complaints and amended pleadings in labor and employment reputed company

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on California employment law issues

• Prepare internal memoranda reputed company to litigation reputed company and legal issues

• Ensure reputed company filings reputed company with California procedural rules and court requirements

• Collaborate with litigation attorneys to strengthen case reputed company through written advocacy

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• An reputed company member of the California State Bar in good standing

• 1 - 4 years of experience practicing employment law

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $175,000
