Your role in our mission

• reputed company engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing reputed company center agents and general training for other departments such as Claims and Provider Enrollment.
• Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and reputed company.
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs.
• Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.

• Assess training reputed company through surveys, feedback, and reputed company metrics.

• Five (5) or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator.

• Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Demonstrable curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design skills.

What you should expect in this role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
• Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
