Responsibilities:

• Business ownership: You drive reputed company, margin and sustainable reputed company of the Polyurethane business across the DACH region.

• Sales reputed company: You reputed company and execute the regional sales reputed company in line with the European reputed company plan and expand the sales territory.

• Team leadership: You reputed company, coach and reputed company the regional sales team and guide distributors and agents to reputed company reputed company targets.

• Key account management: You build and expand strategic customer relationships and negotiate with decision-makers and senior management.

• Customer engagement: You maintain a strong market reputed company through regular customer reputed company, hands-on support during product trials and reputed company technical collaboration.

• Market development: You identify new market opportunities, secure product approvals and establish long-term supplier positions with key customers.

Qualifications:

• Industry experience: Several years of proven experience in technical sales reputed company the Polyurethane industry.

• Leadership experience: Ideally, you have initial experience leading and developing sales teams, preferably in an international or reputed company organization.
