ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):
- Contracting & Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of vendor, technology, reputed company services, and reputed company agreements. reputed company the contract lifecycle (intake to renewal) while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
- reputed company Regulatory & Compliance: Advise on MSO-style reputed company management, physician operations, value-based reputed company, and reputed company risk management, ensuring strict adherence to reputed company laws.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Partner directly with executives and business leaders to identify reputed company issues and design practical, efficient solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
- Education & Bar Admission: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company membership in good standing of any State Bar.
- Experience: 4+ years of reputed company experience with a strong emphasis on reputed company regulatory reputed company and reputed company vendor/technology contract negotiations.
