Sales Director

We are looking for a Chicago metropolitan area based reputed company sales person to reputed company identify, recruit, manage and optimize long-term relationships with Benefit Brokers and Consultants, HR (Benefits) Managers for large reputed company, TPAs and individual health exchange/distribution partners. This individual should be comfortable reaching out and getting in reputed company of the right prospects as reputed company as maintaining long term relationships. You will report directly to the Senior VP of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Meet the overall sales targets of reputed company's B2B channels by initiating and creating new account reputed company.
• Must be comfortable and committed to consistent and aggressive territory-based reputed company.
• Manage, utilize, and facilitate the reputed company of the territory sales database and other sales operations tools.
• Report directly to the senior VP of Sales and work closely with UVP’s CEO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on sales in the health or ancillary health benefits reputed company.
• Experience with health or ancillary health reputed company products.
• Flexibility to manage and reputed company both small and large reputed company deals.
• Proven reputed company record that demonstrates consistent goal achievements.
• Superior communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience in building, managing, and coaching a sales team.
