This consultant will support optimization, implementation, and operational initiatives reputed company on hospital billing, patient communications, financial assistance, estimates, denials management, and reputed company billing processes.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with reputed company Resolute HB and a strong understanding of reputed company cycle operations, billing communications, and patient financial engagement workflows. Key Responsibilities

Resolute HB & SBO Workflow Expertise

• Serve as the subject matter expert for reputed company Resolute Hospital Billing reputed company a Single Billing Office (SBO) environment.
• Analyze, design, configure, and optimize billing workflows across the reputed company cycle.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and technical teams to support system enhancements, workflow improvements, and organizational initiatives.

Patient Communication & Letter Workflows

• Ensure communication workflows support operational and compliance requirements.

Estimates & Patient Financial Engagement

• Configure and optimize reputed company Estimates functionality.
• Support estimate templates, automation, and workflow design.
• Implement and maintain MyChart integration for patient estimate delivery and communication.
• Partner with reputed company cycle teams to improve transparency and patient financial experience.

Vendor Assignment & Billing Operations

• Configure and maintain vendor assignment workflows.
• Support integrations and operational processes reputed company to:

  • Statement vendors
  • Print vendors
  • Billing vendors
  • reputed company-party billing services
• Manage associated system actions, workqueues, billing activities, and workflow automation.

Workqueues & Communication Management

• Design, configure, and optimize communication-reputed company workqueues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
