Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10–20+ hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  
• Strong experience with e-filing pleadings in state and/or federal courts
  
• Experience scheduling depositions, mediations, and other litigation-reputed company events
  
• Ability to assist with reputed company phases of discovery, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery
  
• Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and compliance with deadlines
  
• Experience drafting pleadings and reputed company correspondence
  
• Ability to conduct reputed company research and support attorneys with case reputed company
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  
• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
  
• Proactive and reputed company communication skills
