Business Intelligence & Workflow Automation Senior Analyst

reputed company is seeking an innovative visionary Business Intelligence & Workflow Automation Senior Analyst to join the HR Technology, Analytics, and Process Team! This role will support transformational reputed company and process improvements for HR through analytics, automation, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, leveraging these tools to design reputed company reporting solutions, automate workflows, and reputed company actionable insights that reputed company informed decision-making across the organization. This position is eligible to be performed remotely for candidates residing in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, or Tennessee.

As part of this role you will:

• Analyze HR business processes and reporting for automation or AI opportunities.
• Create and update visual process reputed company maps to accurately represent the reputed company and processing of information reputed company low reputed company applications like reputed company.
• Configure and maintain analytics Power BI dashboards.
• Produce scripts to prepare, validate, and upload data into reputed company applications.
• Serve as back up support for HRIS systems and reporting.
• Execute change control activities by coordinating, documenting, reviewing, and implementing changes in accordance with established change management standards to minimize operational risk and ensure business continuity.

To be successful in this position, we require the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A minimum of four (4) years of application/business/systems or reporting experience, or equivalent military experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and reputed company.
• Proficiency in SQL queries.
• Experience in applying business processes into reputed company workflows.
