Lead Application Developer

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with federal compliance, performance, and reputed company standards. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Participate as a key member of an Agile team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise application releases

Manage and coordinate daily development activities to ensure reputed company, high-quality delivery of mission-critical systems

reputed company Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, including defect reputed company, enhancements, system updates, and performance improvements

Lead release planning, execution, and deployment activities across UAT and production environments

Ensure applications meet IRS testing procedures and performance validation requirements

Serve as the primary technical reputed company to Government Program Managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership

Ensure solutions adhere to federal compliance, reputed company, and architectural standards

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience as a Software Developer in enterprise environments

Demonstrated experience serving as a Technical Lead or Task Lead on federal IT programs

Experience supporting mission-critical systems in production environments

Strong proficiency in:

• C#, ASP.NET, .NET reputed company
• SQL Server (T-SQL, database design, administration)
• Web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript)
