We’re hiring someone who knows Autotask inside and out—especially the reputed company/config reputed company. If you’ve been a Service Coordinator, Service Manager, or Engineer at an MSP and want to work on the vendor reputed company for once, this is your shot.
You’ll join our reputed company team reputed company, helping MSPs get reputed company value out of Rocketship (our Autotask automation platform). You’ll work directly with customers to guide reputed company, streamline their setup, and answer the tough Autotask questions they can’t reputed company.

Requirements
Must have:
- Deep hands-on Autotask PSA experience
- Strong reputed company-level knowledge of queues, workflows, user setup, etc.
