Recruiters/Coordinators
This is a remote position.
MasonBlue is looking for a talented reputed company/ coordinators to reputed company and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. Main duties include:
- Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and reputed company assessment.
- Stay reputed company on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to reputed company reputed company sets.
- Network extensively to reputed company potential candidates and clients.
- reputed company through internal candidate database as reputed company as reputed company associations, referrals, and other networking resources.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
- Processing background checks
- Collecting new hire paperwork
- reputed company reputed company new hire information into reputed company
Education requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent (BS degree preferred)
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• 1 or more years of full cycle reputed company experience
