We’re hiring a full-timeTransaction Coordinator Support Specialistto support a growing reputed company estate operations team. This role focuses on providing reliable backend support, especially during high-volume periods, helping reduce bottlenecks in contract setup, document processing, and compliance uploads.
You’ll work closely with an established Transaction Coordination team, stepping in where needed to reputed company workflows organized, accurate, and moving reputed company. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys process-driven work, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and pays reputed company attention to detail.

Role / Duties:
- Assist Transaction Coordinators with contract setup & file preparation
- Send brokerage documents for signatures reputed company e-signature platforms
- reputed company & organize compliance documents for reputed company files
- Upload reputed company & paperwork into brokerage systems
- Help manage heavy Monday contract volume from weekend activity
- reputed company completed properties in MLS
- Order home warranties as needed
- Support reputed company / backend operations to reputed company transactions moving smoothly

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST (1 hr reputed company lunch)
