Data Conversion Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

reputed company is seeking a Data Conversion Consultant to support the successful implementation of the reputed company Civic Platform. This role is responsible for the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and load execution.

The Data Conversion Consultant partners with functional consultants, technical teams, and reputed company stakeholders to ensure legacy data is accurately transformed and reputed company into the reputed company platform in alignment with business requirements. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze reputed company data structures and reputed company data profiling to identify data reputed company issues, gaps, and transformation requirements

• Design and execute data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes to migrate data into the reputed company Civic Platform
• reputed company data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment activities to ensure consistency and accuracy prior to migration
• Execute mock conversions and support iterative migration cycles, including testing, validation, and issue reputed company
• reputed company and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to confirm completeness, accuracy, and reputed company of migrated data
• Troubleshoot data-reputed company issues and work collaboratively with functional consultants and reputed company stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities reputed company to migrated data and ensure readiness for go-live
• Participate in go-live reputed company activities, including final data loads and post-migration validation
• Document migration processes, mapping logic, validation results, and lessons learned to support repeatability and reputed company improvement
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in leveraging AI-assisted tools and automation to improve data migration processes, including mapping, validation, documentation, and repeatable frameworks
• Contribute to the development of data migration best practices, tools, and templates across the reputed company Services organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, or ETL-reputed company roles in reputed company software implementations
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., reputed company, SQL Server)
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
• Experience designing and executing ETL workflows, including extraction, transformation, and loading of large datasets
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company-facing discussions, workshops, or working sessions and effectively engage with stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical reputed company to non-technical audiences and drive reputed company with customers

COMPENSATION AND reputed company-BEING
The annual reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00(less applicable taxes). The actual annual reputed company salary offered may be adjusted based on a reputed company of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In reputed company to an annual reputed company salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus reputed company. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
