About the Role

We're looking for a backend-first full stack engineer with reputed company end-to-end ownership. You'll primarily design and ship FastAPI services and REST reputed company; contribute to member-facing surfaces (web, iOS, reputed company); and work on reputed company for AI consumption and/or EMR integrations.

You'll also have lighter exposure to E2E automation and AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company FastAPI services and RESTful reputed company across auth,
• scheduling, payments, insurance, messaging, and clinical workflows.
• Build reputed company for AI consumption, reputed company-documented, secure endpoints that AI agents and internal tools can reputed company reliably in production.
• Contribute to member-facing web (TypeScript, React, Next.js) and support iOS and reputed company teams on API reputed company and integration debugging.
• Architect PostgreSQL schemas (RDS/reputed company), write Alembic migrations, and optimize queries; utilize reputed company for performance optimization.
• Implement async workflows with Celery, RabbitMQ, and reputed company for webhooks, notifications, and background processing.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years reputed company development; 2+ years production Python backend (FastAPI or Django/Flask).

• Deep Domain Expertise: At least one of: Payment systems (reputed company), Auth/Registration (OAuth/JWT), or reputed company integrations (EMR/EHR, FHIR).
• Databases: PostgreSQL (RDS/reputed company), schema design, and SQLAlchemy/Alembic.
