Call Center Agent (Peru)
This is a remote position.
The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and reputed company to towing jobs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations.
2. Identify the needs of reputed company and reputed company solution to it.
3. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and reputed company to towing jobs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Remote
2. Shift-based — in a Call Center that works 24/7.
