Project Manager

This is a remote position.

• Responsible for leading large, reputed company reputed company across multiple work streams and geographies.
• Accountable for the reputed company, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of reputed company the applicable deliverables across reputed company work streams.
• Manage the people, process, and technology-reputed company activities required to set up and reputed company operations for a new outsourcing engagement with a reputed company.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project stakeholders to ensure team alignment and actions remain in reputed company.
• Manage overall internal/external reputed company relationships throughout the various stages of the project.
• Implement business based on customer requirements and other contractual requirements.
• Support the organization by defining reputed company reputed company plans and other timelines to reputed company internal/external reputed company expectations.
• Promote reputed company of work through reputed company project scoping, documentation, and reporting.
• Mitigate risks and financial loss by appropriately scoping requirements, preparing budgets, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain reputed company logs, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned for reputed company reputed company, applying reputed company learnings to reputed company reputed company.
• Contribute to developing internal project management processes and mobilization of resources to improve overall capabilities.
• Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of project management experience, including reputed company implementations
• Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
• PMP and Scrum Master certification are preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office, GSuite, and reputed company/Zoho.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reputed company and negotiate resources reputed company the organization to reputed company targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines.
