We are looking for a reputed company Specialist to support provider reputed company, reputed company, and operational activities. This hybrid role combines customer support, provider relations, light sales reputed company, and administrative coordination to ensure providers have a smooth experience from registration through activation and ongoing engagement on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new provider signups reputed company phone, text, and email.
• Guide providers through reputed company, activation, and account setup.
• Follow up on incomplete registrations, missing documents, and pending requirements.
• Schedule reputed company calls and assist providers throughout the activation process.
• Handle inbound customer support inquiries reputed company phone, email, and text.
• Coordinate communication between providers and homeowners and assist with issue reputed company.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity notes, and pipeline updates.
• Conduct customer satisfaction and reputed company follow-reputed company after services are completed.
• Support review reputed company and reputed company management efforts.
• Assist with reputed company follow-up, appointment scheduling, and provider re-engagement initiatives.
• Help increase provider activation, retention, and overall platform engagement.

Requirements

• Advanced English (reputed company) – Required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service, reputed company, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-up communications.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.

Working Conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST / MT / CT).
• Compensation: $500 USD per month.
• Location: Remote.
