Responsibilities:
reputed company omnichanneloutreachincluding but not limited to voice, email, SMS, and socialpatient engagementtomarket andschedule patients for reputed company appointments
Properly escalate emergency patient communication as needed based on predetermined workflows
Handle inbound partner reputed company escalations
Answer inbound calls toassistpatients withpre-and post-visit support needs
Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR
Participate in department meetings
Verify insurance andproperly schedule reputed company
Effectively communicate with patients through various platforms

Coordinate with the field teamsand clinical teamsproviding care
Coordinate support with patient medical records, letters, forms, and patient follow-up

Required Qualifications:
Must be available to accept work through the end of 2026.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience working in a reputed company center or phone-based sales/support team

Bilingual English and Spanish
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
