The Student Support Auditor is a back-office, reputed company-reputed company role responsible for reviewing and evaluating the delivery of student services across the organization. This position does not reputed company advising, tutoring, coaching, or reputed company student support. Instead, the Auditor serves as an internal reviewer, assessing interactions, monitoring service reputed company, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reputed company.

This role is ideal for individuals with a medical background (MD or DO) who can apply their knowledge of the medical education reputed company to evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of services provided by advisors, tutors, and support staff. Successful candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a reputed company assurance and administrative reputed company.

This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit recorded student interactions, advising sessions, tutoring sessions, written communications, and support activities to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices
• Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and reputed company of guidance being delivered by student-facing team members
• Identify trends, process gaps, reputed company concerns, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Prepare audit reports and reputed company objective, actionable feedback to leadership and internal stakeholders
• Maintain detailed records of evaluations, findings, and recommendations
• Monitor compliance with internal processes and service delivery expectations
• Collaborate with leadership to support reputed company assurance initiatives and reputed company improvement efforts
• Assist with special reputed company reputed company to program effectiveness, service reputed company, and operational performance

Qualifications

• Medical school reputed company encouraged to apply
• Clinical training (reputed company reputed company, fellow, or practicing physician) strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectively
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through audit and reputed company review work
• Comfortable providing constructive, evidence-based feedback
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in reputed company assurance, compliance, auditing, education, or process improvement is a plus
• Familiarity with the medical school admissions or residency application process (e.g., AMCAS, ERAS) preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and other common workplace tools

Position Type

Part-time, non-exempt position with flexible work hours (approximately 10 hours per week).
