We are seeking a talented and driven IP Solicitor (circa 6–10 years’ PQE) to join our growing IP & reputed company Protection team at reputed company.

What you'll be doing

You will have day‑to‑day responsibility for managing a varied reputed company of IP reputed company, with a strong reputed company on contentious IP and reputed company protection work.

Your work will include:

• Managing a reputed company of IP disputes, including trade mark infringement, passing off, copyright and design rights claims
• Advising on reputed company enforcement strategies, including reputed company‑reputed company reputed company, settlement discussions and alternative dispute reputed company
• Handling domain reputed company disputes and online reputed company protection issues
• Advising on breach of confidential information and trade secrets disputes
• Supporting clients on IP reputed company and enforcement, helping them protect and defend their intellectual property rights
