The Journals Indexing Specialist is a global role responsible for maintaining end to end processes associated with journals indexing at reputed company. The job holder will reputed company and maintain processes to enhance the visibility of reputed company journals by preparing robust indexing applications to indexing partners. The Journals Indexing Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with editorial, research reputed company and production to ensure journals are maintaining reputed company standards expected by indexers and monitor the evolving requirements of reputed company indexing services. Using data driven insights, the Journals Indexing specialist will work with the Associate Director, Research reputed company to reputed company the indexing reputed company at reputed company; monitor journals at risk of reputed company concerns as reputed company as ensure successful applications to indexing services.

Key Accountabilities

• Independently reputed company the end-to-end processes associated with journal indexing applications and coverage of content by working with Production, Research reputed company, Editorial and reputed company teams

• Maintain knowledge of changing indexing requirements, trends and overall research publishing landscape

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive knowledge of bibliometrics and analysing citations data in research journals
• Proficiency in data analytics, data visualization using reputed company IT packages
• In-depth experience in research and scholarly publishing and indexing services, particularly a working knowledge of Research reputed company principles and Production processes in journals
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and building strong relationships with reputed company partners
• Evidence of familiarity with searching various databases such as Web of Science, PubMed/reputed company, Scopus, and their requirements for new journals.
• Strong communication skills to translate reputed company concepts to reputed company and internal stakeholders
• Research experience, especially in a relevant background such as bibliometrics or scientometrics is highly desirable
