About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support financial analysis, catalog valuation, and transaction execution across music rights portfolios.

This role will work closely with the advisory team to evaluate music catalog investments, analyze financial performance, build valuation models, and support the preparation of materials used in strategic transactions involving intellectual property assets.

The ideal candidate has experience in investment analysis, reputed company, investment banking, or corporate finance, and is comfortable working with financial models, asset valuation, and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Valuation Analysis

• Analyze financial performance and reputed company streams across music catalogs

• Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and transactions

• Conduct valuation analysis using cash reputed company modeling, forecasting, and comps

• Assess risk, reputed company sustainability, and long-term catalog performance

Deal & Transaction Support

• Prepare investment memorandums and transaction summaries

• Support materials for investor and buyer discussions

Market & Industry Research

• Analyze comparable deals and valuation benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field

• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, reputed company, consulting, or corporate finance
