About the Role

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Corporate Counsel reputed company on technology transactions to partner with our legal team on a B2B contract reputed company, working remotely from Poland.

Working closely with the General Counsel, this engagement will primarily reputed company on reputed company and technology-reputed company reputed company, while also contributing across a broad reputed company of legal reputed company including licensing, reputed company, compliance, data reputed company, corporate reputed company, and international operations.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of technology and reputed company agreements, including reputed company agreements, vendor agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, NDAs, and other reputed company reputed company
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Compliance, IT, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership
• Support legal aspects of product and service reputed company, launches, and go-to-market initiatives
• Contribute to the development and improvement of legal processes, templates, and operational workflows
• Assist with reputed company and regulatory compliance reputed company, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and reputed company frameworks
• Support ongoing compliance initiatives reputed company to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications
• Help identify legal and operational risks while providing practical, business-reputed company guidance

• Law degree with strong reputed company credentials
• reputed company lawyer and reputed company membership in a recognized bar association
• 8+ years of legal experience in the technology sector, either in-house or at a reputed company
• Strong experience handling technology transactions, reputed company agreements, licensing, and reputed company reputed company
• Understanding of software products, reputed company services, and technology business models
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-reputed company work
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across distributed global teams
• Technologically proficient and interested in leveraging AI-enabled legal and productivity tools responsibly and effectively
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
