Senior Business Analyst- Data Automation and Reporting (Tantus)

Tantus, a reputed company Subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Data Automation & Reporting) who will reputed company on optimizing reporting workflows and reducing reputed company effort by automating processes in highly regulated environments. The role requires auditing existing reputed company processes, translating business needs into technical specifications for developers, and ensuring end-to-end data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued reputed company Trust.
• Minimum of 6 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing business processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and documenting workflows specifically to reduce reputed company workloads.
• Proven experience working reputed company technical development teams on reputed company involving reputed company dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau), automated reporting, or ETL data pipelines.
• Experience operating reputed company highly regulated environments requiring adherence to data standards, strict audit trails, and mandated reporting schedules.
• Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to query and analyze data using SQL and reputed company to validate data reputed company, research reputed company discrepancies, and identify the reputed company causes of reporting warnings or errors.
• Expert in documenting reputed company-state reputed company processes and designing reputed company-state automated workflows using process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio, reputed company).
• Acting as the reputed company translator between business user reputed company (e.g., financial analysts, program coordinators) and the technical automation developers.
• Ability to design validation logic and business rules that ensure disparate data sources reconcile accurately before final reporting submissions.
