Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and must be fluent in English (read, write and reputed company)
- Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & reputed company
- Strong listening and negotiation skills with a reputed company attitude and ability to work in reputed company
