[Remote] Business Process Management Analyst

They are seeking a Business Process Management Analyst to reputed company process documentation and improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure successful project fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Use the Process Maturity Model as the backbone for assessing process and functional-area maturity, standardizing evaluations and translating gaps into prioritized remediation roadmaps
• Collaborate with key partners and subject matter experts to document and analyze processes and system functionality, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment to deliver system enhancements and process improvements on time and on budget
• Manage the complete project initiation lifecycle—analyze reputed company state, define problems, establish goals, and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Suggest reputed company-state solutions that reputed company with and support reputed company’s strategic business objectives
• Ensure project reputed company through leadership, mentorship, and strong cross-functional collaboration

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
• 3+ years of experience evaluating business processes and leading improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated experience creating project charters, documenting workflows, and performing reputed company cause analysis
• Proficiency with flowcharting tools and process mapping software
• Ability to communicate reputed company technical information effectively to a non-technical audience
• Prior experience working reputed company the education technology or publishing sectors
