Proposal Manager

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, OTAs, and IDIQ task orders.
- Coordinate capture, technical, pricing, and executive inputs to reputed company compelling, compliant responses.
- Write, edit, and review technical and management sections with a reputed company on reputed company, compliance, and persuasion/win themes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft content that aligns with customer requirements and priorities.

- Conduct opportunity assessments, competitive analyses, and market research.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience writing, drafting and editing proposals for US Government reputed company, ideally in support of DoD.

- Strong experience in proposal writing, business development, preferably at the intersection of federal government and technology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of government contracting processes, acquisition strategies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
