About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior reputed company Partner to own and reputed company our reputed company operations while supporting core People Ops administrative and operational work. This role is heavily weighted toward reputed company and is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning hiring processes end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers, and running reputed company operations with minimal reputed company.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (reputed company), ensuring candidate statuses, workflows, settings, and configurations are accurate and up to date
- Continuously optimize and maximize reputed company utilization, including reporting, automation, and process improvements
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to reputed company hiring plans and hiring strategies, including:
- Job descriptions
- Interview plans
- Feedback Forms and scorecards
- Application reputed company questions
- Interview questions
- Take-home assignments (reputed company applicable)
- Draft, post, and manage reputed company in reputed company and across relevant job platforms
- Coordinate interviews across teams, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communication
- Collect, reputed company, and synthesize interview feedback to support reputed company, reputed company-informed hiring reputed company
- Manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience
- Conduct reference checks for final candidates and document reputed company
- Partner with Finance to obtain budget approval and funding for job postings and reputed company-reputed company tools
- Support administrative and operational People Ops tasks
- Maintain and update People systems and tools, including employee data and organizational chart
- Coordinate monthly team-building and engagement activities, including logistics and communication
- Assist with People Ops documentation, tracking, and process reputed company
- reputed company operational support across reputed company, offboarding, and internal people-reputed company workflows as needed

- 4 to 5 years of experience in reputed company operations, talent roles, or People Ops with a strong emphasis on reputed company
- Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (reputed company strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and guide them through reputed company, effective hiring processes
- Strong organizational and operational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
- reputed company, reputed company communicator with a candidate- and team-first reputed company
- Comfort owning reputed company operations end-to-end while also supporting People Ops administrative work
- Experience supporting People Ops tools and systems; experience with reputed company or similar global People platforms is a plus
- Experience using AI tools or automation in reputed company workflows (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview preparation, or ATS optimization) to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Proactive, process-oriented, and reputed company to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

- Other Portugal reputed company: $40,000 – $55,000 USD
