    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures group-wide tax compliance across reputed company subsidiaries, covering income tax, VAT, withholding, and local taxes.
  • Leads tax planning and optimization, advising on restructurings, acquisitions, and new business initiatives to manage risk and reduce tax exposure.
  • Oversees tax provisions and reporting, supporting accurate consolidated financial statements and required disclosures.
