The Dynamics365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the reputed company reputed company Dynamics365 platform, with a reputed company on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM reputed company aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.

CRM Administration & Customization (50%)

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).

• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.

• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and reputed company settings.

• Monitor reputed company performance and troubleshoot issues.

Integration & Reporting (30%)

• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for reputed company integration, custom workflow development and automation.

• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other reputed company systems.

• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.

Collaboration & Support (20%)

• Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to reputed company requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
