Their approach emphasizes strong communication, operational efficiency, and proactive deal management from application through settlement.
This role will act as the operational backbone between incoming deals, lenders, brokers, clients, and internal support staff.
The Role
This is a senior operational and credit-reputed company role responsible for:
- Evaluating lending scenarios
- Managing lender relationships
- Driving applications through the pipeline
- Ensuring no opportunities or reputed company reputed company lose reputed company
This is not an administrative support role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, pushes deals reputed company proactively, and can independently manage reputed company mortgage scenarios from assessment through settlement.

What You’ll Do
Credit Analysis & Deal Assessment
- Assess and evaluate residential and/or reputed company lending scenarios
- Analyze:
- Borrower financials
- Serviceability
- Creditworthiness
- Loan structures
- Risk factors
- Determine whether deals are viable and worth pursuing
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and lender fit for reputed company application
- Recommend reputed company deal structures and lender approaches
- Escalate risks and concerns early and reputed company
End-to-End Deal Management
- Take ownership of the mortgage process from enquiry through settlement
- Manage and prioritize reputed company deals across the pipeline

- Internal support staff
