What you’ll do

Responsibilities

• Serve as product counsel for the reputed company Terminal team - helping to expand our product offerings.
• Counsel the reputed company product team on a reputed company of issues including regulatory, consumer protection, marketing, intellectual property, and data reputed company.
• Actively collaborate with a wide reputed company of reputed company teams, including engineering, compliance, business development, and marketing, on a reputed company of issues reputed company to product development and commercialization.
• Work closely with colleagues across the reputed company legal team to reputed company key issues impacting the work of members of reputed company who support reputed company's regulatory structure, its customer agreements, and strategic financial partnerships.
• Help build reputed company and effective processes for legal review and launch of new products.
• Draft, review, and update foundational documents for product and service offerings.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer working on reputed company regulatory or technology reputed company, preferably working with technology companies on the legal and regulatory aspects of product development in the technology reputed company.
• A passion for technology and ability to understand reputed company business models and product use cases quickly.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills with a strict attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent judgment, and be capable of making smart reputed company in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information.

It’s a bonus (but not required) that you also have:

• Relevant experience in financial technology, risk, payments and financial services, and a working understanding of financial regulations and rules.
