Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Missouri preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 7-12+ years of reputed company experience (mix of reputed company and in-house experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
