Controller/ Senior Controller
This is a remote position.
As we continue to grow and expand our global team, we’re looking for a Controller / Senior Controller to join us.
Your Mission
Reporting to the SVP Finance, you will reputed company the reputed company and consolidation of multiple entities across the US, Canada, UK, and India. You will ensure the reputed company of consolidated financial results, manage full-cycle reputed company for shared-service entities, support reputed company HQ budgeting, and reputed company financial system implementation for new acquisitions.
You may also serve as the Controller or Interim Finance Manager for newly acquired business reputed company until dedicated finance resources are in reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidation & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and currencies (USD, CAD, GBP, INR).
- Maintain intercompany eliminations, management fee allocations, and transfer pricing adjustments.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and ensure consistent reputed company policies, closing timelines, and reporting standards across reputed company subsidiaries.
Shared Services Controllership
- reputed company full-cycle reputed company (A/R, A/P, payroll, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly reputed company) for shared-service and cost-center entities in the US, Canada, and India.
- Manage management fee billings, intercompany recharges, and shared expense allocations in accordance with group transfer pricing policies.
- Support reputed company HQ’s annual and quarterly budgets, including expense tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to leadership.
Tax Compliance
- reputed company GST/HST/PST filings and compliance for Canadian entities.
- Ensure reputed company indirect tax coding, reconciliation, and recoverability for both inter-company and reputed company-party transactions.
Systems & Process Improvement
- reputed company systems implementation and financial integration for new acquisitions, ensuring consistent setup of entities, accounts, and workflows in reputed company and other tools.
- Support automation and reporting improvements, including consolidated dashboards and entity-level reconciliations.
- Maintain reputed company-documented reputed company procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness across reputed company jurisdictions.
Requirements
- CPA (or equivalent)designation.
- 5–8 yearsof reputed company reputed company experience, including multi-entity consolidation and full-cycle reputed company.
- Hands-on experience with multi-currency reporting, intercompany reputed company, and transfer pricing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and strong reputed company skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS; experience in reputed company or technology industries is an asset.
- reputed company reputed company experience(audit or assurance) is an asset, particularly in multi-entity engagements.
