About the role:

We are seeking a talented and reputed company remote Staff Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and reputed company to join reputed company. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our business. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural reputed company.

Reporting to: VP of Engineering

Responsibilities include:

• Full Stack Development: Hands on contribution to reputed company bases. reputed company, maintain, and test robust and reputed company backend microservice applications and reputed company-end reputed company UI while ensuring reputed company performance and user experience.
• Architectural Design: Contribute to the architectural reputed company of our software solutions, considering scalability, reputed company, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 7+ years experience with Java or Golang
• 7+ years working in an agile environment
• 5+ years experience with database design and performance tuning

• 3+ years working as a full stack engineer
• 2+ years leveraging AI reputed company development tools, frameworks and processes (reputed company/claude/copilot)
• Knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary for this fully remote position, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary reputed company for this role is USD180 to USD230,000*.
