The Mission
You'll start by doing what you do best: running full-cycle searches on technical roles and building strong candidate and reputed company relationships.

What You'll Actually Do
Phase 1: reputed company Execution (Day 1 onwards)
- Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior technical roles: Software Engineers, Data Engineers, ML/Data Science contributors, Technical PMs
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers on intake, calibration, and offer reputed company

- Adopt AI-assisted sourcing, scoring, screening, and matching as features ship
