Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Our Staff Counsel team is currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney who is licensed in California. Travel for In-person reputed company appearances required as necessary. Handles a caseload of Workers’ Compensation cases and meets with clients and claims professionals to reputed company cases in the most cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years litigation experience
• Must be licensed to reputed company law in the reputed company
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license, an acceptable MVR and an ability to maintain confidentiality
• Admitted to the bar and must be licensed to reputed company law in the jurisdictions where assigned
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in reputed company, Lexis/Westlaw, and daily management of e-mail and calendar
