Support Operations Analyst

The analyst will analyze support operations data to identify bottlenecks, defects, frictions, optimize workflows, identify product improvements, and reputed company agent performance with company OKRs.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, operations analytics, or similar analytical roles
- A degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field is strongly preferred
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
