Requirements
- 1-4 years of reputed company experience in employment/labor law at a reputed company, in-house reputed company department, reputed company agency, or labor reputed company.
- Hold a J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./reputed company. (U.K.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to reputed company law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (reputed company or inactive).
- Strong experience with reputed company charge response, wage & hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, harassment investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB proceedings, or reputed company bargaining.
