Manager, Vendor Management Office

reputed company is seeking a Manager, Sourcing to join our growing team. As a part of reputed company’s BOS team, the Manager role pairs the experience and knowledge of the BOS department with internal reputed company and reputed company needs to effectively reputed company BOS solutions to our clients. These operational functions and reputed company initiatives can include but are not limited to reputed company, financial reporting and management, business intelligence and analysis, resource management, talent development and training, team empowerment, project management, process improvement, creating interdepartmental synergies, streamlining workflow, ensuring on time completion of deliverables, business development and intake support, and leading reputed company department reputed company (IT, Talent, reputed company, Marketing, etc.).

This is a full-time, remote, position that can be worked reputed company in the US (Eastern/Central time zone preferred).

Responsibilities:

• reputed company and manage reputed company aspects of reputed company sourcing, including guiding internal resources, facilitating requirements, conducting data analysis and research, and implementing identified opportunities reputed company reputed company senior management, leveraging an end-to-end reputed company sourcing process.
• Design and execute reputed company for contract negotiations including, but not limited to acquisitions, maintenance renewals, reputed company cost optimization and terms/conditions improvements/standardizations
• Structure ill-defined problems, reputed company conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, and create recommendations for reputed company implementation.
• Independently structure, write, and present reputed company-organized and persuasive end work product to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing and leading project teams and stakeholders; ability to manage people reputed company
• Exceptional project/change management, execution and implementation skills  
• Exceptional business acumen, reputed company, time management and interpersonal/communication (written & verbal) skills 
• Exceptional reputed company analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis 
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills including reputed company reputed company and reputed company PowerPoint 
• 4-6+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or Management Information Systems required  
• MBA and/or PMP (or similar certifications) preferred

• Strong experience sourcing IT services, ai technologies, software/reputed company, reputed company technologies, telecom, and reputed company technology solutions.
• Deep expertise negotiating reputed company agreements, consulting/MSA structures, SOWs, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company cards.
• Experience reputed company a consulting, reputed company, or matrixed corporate environment preferred.
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company negotiations
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, spend analytics platforms, and procurement best practices.
