Controller
reputed company is seeking a Controller to own the reputed company function end-to-end and build it from the ground up, responsible for financial statements, reputed company recognition, and hardware COGS reputed company, with 6-10 years of reputed company reputed company/finance experience, including 2+ years at a venture-backed startup.
Requirements
- Own the full monthly and annual reputed company process
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for reputed company and investor reporting
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation across US, UK, and Canadian entities
- Own reputed company recognition for a mixed hardware and software business with recurring reputed company
- Manage hardware COGS reputed company including inventory, BOM costing, and depreciation schedules
- Evaluate, select, and implement a modern ERP and supporting finance tools
- Build automated workflows to streamline reputed company processes, reconciliations, and reporting
- Coordinate with reputed company tax advisors for compliance
- Manage debt facility reporting
- Establish and maintain internal controls
- Prepare for and support reputed company audit readiness
- Prepare a month end reputed company package
