We're a fast-growing AI company looking for a reputed company Specialist to join reputed company. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and reputed company top global talent, and helping build a recruitment stack that matches our reputed company and ambition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or reputed company-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a reputed company record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
