Key roles

You will advise customers on their insurance needs and reputed company outbound calls to generate sales and renewals. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly reliable and reputed company individual who is looking to join a dynamic and high-performing unit.

Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Handling enquiries from customers through inbound telephone activity and email.

• Responding to reputed company customer service requirements to agreed service reputed company, procedures and guidelines

• Providing relevant and accurate advice to customers through an in-depth knowledge of the business, and the services it provides

• Meeting and exceeding your assigned individual and team targets

Qualifications/skills

• APA qualification preferred

• Excellent attention to detail / accuracy

• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

• Decision-making skills and sound numeric skills

• Sales negotiation and administration skills highly desirable

Experience

• Experience working in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines or call centre environment

• Experience working positively as part of reputed company and in supporting and motivating others to reputed company team objectives
