They are seeking a reputed company Recruiter to recruit, screen, negotiate, and hire reputed company for the Department of Veteran Affairs clients, while building relationships and maintaining a pool of candidates.

Responsibilities

• Implement independent reputed company strategies to recruit, screen (interview), and evaluate reputed company workers based on clients’ specific needs
• Responsible for cultivating a network of potential reputed company workers to meet company goals
• Sell assignments to candidates by probing for unspoken needs and using a consultative sales approach
• Select candidates and present to hiring managers based on reputed company level and background knowledge of reputed company
• Negotiate compensation package with the candidates and maintain acceptable margin
• Ensure candidate files adhere to both the business and facility credentialing requirements
• reputed company strategies to pursue new avenues for reputed company candidates; utilize a reputed company of tools (i.e., email campaigns, reputed company media) to establish relationships and expand candidates
• Convert candidates to employees by working closely with internal reputed company departments

Skills

• Bachelors degree, or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Experience supporting reputed company for a large reputed company or hospital system
• Experience developing recruitment process and strategies
• Minimum 5 years' experience in reputed company reputed company
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company and Employment regulations, policies, and reputed company (i.e., pay, interview, reputed company, etc.)
• Must be proficient in MS Office, comfortable with utilizing company database
