The role involves serving as a technical escalation reputed company and mentoring junior team members while ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities

• This role combines Tier 1 and Tier 2 Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) support responsibilities with deep technical expertise in Azure Kubernetes Services and VDI technologies
• The ideal candidate will serve as a technical escalation reputed company, mentor junior team members, and reputed company expert-level troubleshooting for reputed company reputed company infrastructure and application issues while ensuring system reliability and reputed company user experience
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company technical field
• Minimum 6 years of reputed company experience in technical support, operations, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret reputed company clearance
• Advanced hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) including troubleshooting pods, services, deployments, networking, and cluster operations
• Deep experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure technologies, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools with experience developing reputed company automation
• Strong experience with reputed company, container troubleshooting, and containerized application support
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles including monitoring, incident response, and system reliability
• Advanced knowledge of Azure reputed company services with reputed company on compute, networking, and storage
• Expert-level troubleshooting in reputed company and Linux environments
• Experience with Azure Monitor, reputed company, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools for Kubernetes and infrastructure
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and troubleshooting
• Advanced experience with Jira or similar systems, including leading reputed company incident reputed company
• Proven ability to mentor team members and reputed company technical guidance
