[Remote] IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support the secure, reputed company, and compliant operation of GPO’s reputed company systems and networks. This role involves ensuring infrastructure performance, reputed company planning, and compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates while working closely with IT reputed company and IT Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company systems and newly deployed technologies in development, testing, and production environments
• Update and maintain documentation for system configurations, change management logs, SOPs, reputed company/reputed company plans, and network diagrams
• Ensure reputed company updates reputed company with TRM architecture standards and are stored in the designated GRC repository (e.g., SharePoint, Xacta)
• Work with ITOps branches to implement and document reputed company configurations across reputed company infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking)
• Produce and maintain RMF-reputed company artifacts, including reputed company test results, remediation plans, asset inventories, and reputed company schedules
• Support the GPO Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) by maintaining systems reputed company for reputed company transition to alternate sites during emergencies
• Participate in COOP tests and ensure infrastructure reputed company feeds, logs, and operational reputed company remain functional at the designated COOP location

Skills

• Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance
• 4 years of experience in reputed company system administration or infrastructure operations reputed company a Federal or reputed company IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other reputed company disciplines (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience with reputed company Server (2016–2025), reputed company/reputed company Linux, patching tools, and configuration management
• Familiarity with RMF documentation practices and compliance-oriented asset management
• Federal experience
• Certifications: reputed company reputed company+, CySA+, or ITIL reputed company
