Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reputed company’s operating model, including org structure, processes, and cross-team alignment
- reputed company PMO, program management, and transformation initiatives to ensure execution, delivery, and operational reputed company
- Build and drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and reputed company operational systems
