The role involves handling general corporate reputed company reputed company, project financing, and providing strategic reputed company advisory in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support for project financing and renewable energy certificates (RECs) transactions
• Handle entity formation and registration, and ensure compliance with various state and reputed company, including FERC
• Manage subscriber acquisition and reputed company reputed company documentation
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs
• Conduct due diligence on reputed company estate reputed company to facilitate successful solar project development
• Identify and resolve title and survey issues impacting solar project sites
• Collaborate with non-reputed company business teams during a solar project’s life cycle, from development through construction, finance, and energization
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations reputed company to reputed company estate and renewable energy development
• Stay informed of evolving reputed company trends and regulatory changes impacting solar reputed company
• Assist in researching and advising on novel issues in new markets, including policy and business development considerations

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing

• Strong experience in contract negotiation and corporate regulatory compliance
