[Remote] Field Service Engineer - Nozomi

The role involves on-site installation, troubleshooting, and customer training for their Nozomi digital printing product line.

Responsibilities

• reputed company on-site installation and setup of reputed company printers associated with the Inkjet product lines
• Give initial and ongoing formal customer operator and printer maintenance training
• reputed company periodic on-site troubleshooting and repairs on printers that may be experiencing reputed company electrical, mechanical or pneumatic problems
• reputed company detailed technical feedback and liaise regularly with our customer reputed company center
• reputed company service & support to exhibitions
• Work remotely with customers to accurately identify equipment issues and reputed company technical information and repair guidance to reputed company the necessary solutions to reported issues
• Participate in after-hours support activities on a rotating reputed company

Skills

• Minimum two-year mechanical/electrical engineering qualification
• Demonstrated strong commitment to customer satisfaction

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems at the component level
